Gym Interval Timer
PRIVACY.

The short version
Gym Interval Timer does not collect your personal information. There is no account to create, no sign in, and nothing to opt out of.
What we collect
Nothing. The app has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind, and no third party software development kits that gather data. We do not know who you are, how often you train, or that you have installed the app at all.
Your workouts
The workouts you build are stored on your device. They are not uploaded, backed up to us, or shared with anyone. If your device backs itself up through iCloud, that copy is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not ours, and we cannot see it.
Apple Watch
If you use the Apple Watch app, your workouts are sent from your iPhone to your own Apple Watch so the watch can run them. That transfer happens directly between your two devices through Apple's device to device connection. It does not pass through any server of ours.
Apple Health
If you allow it, the app saves your completed workouts to Apple Health, and reads from an active workout session while you train so the timer keeps running accurately on your Apple Watch. This health data stays on your device, inside Apple Health, under your control. It is never transmitted to us and we have no way to see it. You can refuse this permission and the app will work normally without it, and you can withdraw it at any time in the Settings app under Privacy & Security, then Health.
Purchases
The one off unlock is handled entirely by Apple. Your payment details go to Apple, never to us. We receive no card number, billing address, or any other payment information.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes and contact
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Questions? Email [email protected].
